onlyowners.ai (“we”, “us”) helps agency teams research public business ownership and unlock contact details for outbound sales. This page explains what we store, who processes it, and how to request erasure.

Who we are

The service is operated for professional outbound research at onlyowners.ai. For privacy requests use the work email on your account, or contact the administrator who invited you.

Account data

When you request an account we store your name, work email, company, phone, and a password hash. Administrators review requests before access is granted. We do not sell your account data.

Research data

Searches may store business listings, ownership chains, titles, LinkedIn URLs, and unlocked contact details (phone / email) so your team can work a list. That data is scoped to your workspace account. You can erase an individual via Account settings, delete a list, or ask an administrator to remove records.

Legal basis & retention

We process account and research data to provide the service you request (contract / legitimate interest for B2B outreach tooling). Research records are kept until you delete them or an administrator purges older data under the workspace retention policy.

Providers

Discovery, ownership research, and contact lookups call third-party providers (for example web search, places, people-data, and CRM tools you connect). Those providers process the queries needed to return results under their own terms. We only send what is required for the lookup.

Your choices

• Erase a person’s unlocked details from Account settings.
• Add people or businesses to your skip list so later searches suppress them.
• Ask an administrator to disable your login or delete your account.

Contact

For privacy or erasure requests, email the address you use to sign in or contact your workspace administrator. We respond to verified requests for personal data we control.
